Weekly Workout Routine

Hi there, beautiful!

Like I’m sure you read here , I’ve lost a bit of weight recently due to better eating, but I’ve also been working out. If you are like me, you may not be someone who naturally loves to exercise. I’m always looking for workouts for lazy people HA. I have to make it into a habit, then I start to enjoy it.

Oh and I made a bet with cuddles HAHA.  *See sticky note.*

I want to give you guys the scoop on what I did last week to stay active!

Monday- I worked out my legs and abs as follows:

Bodyweight Squats- 3 sets of 10
Dumbbell Lunges- 3 sets of 10
Jump Squats- 3 sets of 10
Sumo Dumbbell Squats- 3 sets of 10
Wall Sits- 2 at 30 seconds each
Deadlifts- 3 sets of 10

Bicycle Cruches- 50
Cruches- 50
Flutter Kicks- 50
Lying Leg Raises- 50
Plank- 2 at 1 minute each

Tuesday- I jogged about four miles.

Wednesday- I jogged less than a mile and worked out my arms and abs as follows:

Tricep Kickbacks- 4 sets of 12
Bicep Curls- 4 sets of 12
Push Press- 4 sets of 12
Lying Tricep Extensions- 4 sets of 12
Hammer Curls- 4 sets of 12
Lateral Raise- 4 sets of 12
Shoulder Press- 4 sets of 12

Bicycle Cruches- 50
Cruches- 50
Flutter Kicks- 50
Lying Leg Raises- 50
Plank- 2 at 1 minute each

Thursday- Rest Day but I walked over 12k steps. I track them with my Fitbit .

Friday- I rented a bike from Houston Bcycle with Miu and Allen. On Friday’s you get a free ride!  Then I went up and down the stairs in the photo 30 times. Then rode back home.

Saturday- I went on a five mile bike ride with my boyfriend’s family.

Sunday- I chilled on the couch all day, because balance HA!

If I don’t feel like doing anything I start with a walk then it some how escalates to all of the above.

    I love this post & following your wellness journey!

    I have been getting outside also with this gorgeous weather we’ve been having.

    My absolute favorite is leg day, though I prefer to do it in the gym with heavy weights, I love doing HIIT outside too with just my body weight.

    Squats, lunges, jump squats, burpees!

    Keep it up, can’t wait to hear more about your progress!

    I feel like that picture of you on the stairs should be a Nike add (hire my best friend Nike!) I also love your workout routines, I may have to squeeze one in 😀
